Carlo Battaglia, President
Carlo Battaglia, founder and President of Battaglia Homes, focuses on providing professional guidance to clients. With a keen eye for detail and a unique ability to transform every client’s vision to build and design the home of their dreams, his extensive knowledge in managing all elements of design and construction of carefully crafted and well detailed residential luxury real estate allows him to turn his clients’ dreams into reality.
His career in the home building industry began as a carpenter in 1983. He now brings over 30 years of experience to all projects that Battaglia Homes handles. As a dedicated, client-focused and accomplished general contracting and construction management expert serving clients throughout the western suburbs of Chicago, Carlo has extensive experience in managing the construction of meticulously built and designed single family homes.
James August, Superintendent
Jim has over 40 years of residential and commercial construction experience. His background includes 25 years of highly skilled carpentry experience, over 15 years as a Superintendent managing residential, commercial and municipal projects. Jim is responsible for coordinating and scheduling all projects at Battaglia Homes. He manages every process involved in the construction of a client’s custom home. This includes regular inspections and ensuring that high standards, attention to detail and safety are being met. As part of his duty he meets with the rest of the team regularly to ensure projects are on schedule and within the client’s budget. He also meets with clients regularly to provide project updates and answer any questions they may have.
Jim is recognized by his team members for his ability to deliver quality work as well as desired results, integrity and honesty.
