The Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago (HBAGC) presents one of the premier housing programs in the country: The Key Awards, which signify quality in home building and remodeling. Some of the upscale interior features include white oak hand beveled 8” wide plank flooring, custom cabinets with whitewash ash island, quartzite countertops and marble throughout the master bathroom. The home also boasts chic custom molding details including floor to ceiling tongue and groove with applied molding in dining room walls, timber beam ceilings in kitchen, family room, study and master bathroom.
